Donna Allen, DVM

Dr. Donna Allen graduated in 1984 from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine and thereafter moved to Louisville Kentucky where she began her career. She opened Animal Medical Center of Middletown which she expanded to a four doctor practice before selling it in 2020 and moving to sunny Southwest Florida.

Dr. Allen is devoted to working with you to keep your pets healthy and happy. She has special interests in endocrinology and dental care.

Married with two pets of her own (Bailey, a dachshund mix and Sally, a Westie-Chihuahua mix), she enjoys shelling on Sanibel, genealogical research, jigsaw puzzles, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.

Tom Mullins, DVM

As a long-time veterinarian, Dr. Tom Mullins enjoys helping people provide the best quality of life for their pets. Dr. Tom's clinical focus is on client education and surgery, and he looks forward to developing a relationship with your family's two and four-legged members.

He and his wife, Julie Zugelder, have been happily married since their graduation from Purdue School of Veterinary Medicine in 1981. They are blessed with three wonderful sons and two grandsons. They share their home with a senior "orange boy" kitty named Jack. During his personal time, he enjoys sharing time with his wife while they kayak, explore nature, and bike.
